Step 1: Use a flexible measuring tape or thin strip of paper and pencil for marking length to measure your wrist or ankle bone size. If using a strip of paper measure the length of paper from end to size marking with ruler or measuring tape.
Step 2: Make sure that you wrap the measuring tape around your wrist or ankle bone so that it makes contact with your skin all the way around. Measure tightly and order ½ inch larger. For bead sizes 6mm and above, we recommend adding 3/4 in.
