Douglas embarked on his journey in the jewelry industry back in 2010, all while pursuing a Dance Major at Seton Hill University. In 2014, he achieved certification from the Diamond Council of America. Presently, he is dedicated to furthering his expertise by pursuing certification with the renowned Gemologist Institute of America. What truly brings him joy in the world of jewelry is the opportunity to greet and welcome new guests into the store. Building enduring relationships is his passion, and he's always willing to go the extra mile for anyone he meets.
