Our in-house artist engraver, Wendy Jobe, has truly mastered the art of hand engraving. With a background in fine arts and a natural creative spirit, Wendy brings each design to life with remarkable detail and originality. Her talent is evident in every piece she creates—whether it’s part of our in-store collection or a custom commission.

In 2019, Wendy was selected for the prestigious international Grand Masters Program at the GRS Training Center—an honor reserved for the world’s most skilled engravers. Her technique and talent were refined and recognized at the highest level.
Restoration of a Family Heirloom
The images directly above capture the incredible story of an antique pocket watch passed down through five generations, beginning in 1889. We were deeply honored to be entrusted with restoring this treasured heirloom to its original grandeur.
The hinged cover that once protected the watch crystal was severely dented. In our workshop, our skilled goldsmiths hand-fabricated a new cover, carefully matching the original design. Our master engraver, Wendy Jobe, then replicated every intricate detail of the original engraving with precision and artistry.
Inside the hinged cover were engraved the names of each generational owner along with the year the watch was inherited—a beautiful, living timeline of family legacy. What a fascinating piece of history to preserve. We are truly grateful to have played a part in its restoration.
