Office Mananger
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Manager to join our retail jewelry store team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of financial tasks as well as general office management duties such as inventory control and customer service. Familiarity with accounting
- Managing Cash Receipts
- Managing Accounts Receivable
- Processing Accounts Payable
- Process payroll
- Process Benefits enrollments for employees
- Maintain/Replenish Petty Cash Fund
- Maintain organized office and filing systems, clean office area as needed
- Answer phone and interact with customers and staff as necessary
- Manage and order office/store supplies
- Receive & process inventory, maintain accurate accounting of inventory status
- Maintain inventory details/images for integration with website
- Help put jewelry into display cases each morning
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in bookkeeping or financial management.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and willingness to take initiative.
- Familiarity with retail operations and customer service principles.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and provide professional references
